🐟 1. Participating in the Meguro Sanma Festival!
Beyondia International School Meguro had a wonderful time operating a booth at the Meguro Sanma Festival, which was held at Dendo Hiroba Park next to the Meguro Citizens’ Center.
Many people were interested and stopped by our booth throughout the day, and it became a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with many members of our local community.
About 150 local children joined the fun, and they had so much fun they took on the “Sanma Fishing” challenge!
After catching the fish, the children use markers to paint it to make the fish look more alive, and then they added kabosu for decorations, and last but not least, they designed their own trays to be a one-of-a-kind Sanma Art Plates to take home.

We also held a Fish Quiz Corner, where not only children but also parents joined in with great excitement.
It was truly a day full of smiles and laughter, which reminded us once again of the importance of community connections.

We look forward to seeing you at our booth at the festival again next year!
Be sure to visit our booth!
🎃 2. Halloween Workshop at Daikanyama Address Dise!
Our other event was the Halloween Stamp Rally at Daikanyama Address Dise!
The venue was filled with a lot of fun activities — from Spider ring toss and Halloween bowling game corners to a magical art space where children created their own original colorful Halloween masks.
It was wonderful to see how each child could use their own imagination to design their own mask!
It was a cheerful and lively Halloween event full of laughters and creativity.
Thank you so much to everyone who came to join us! 👻🧡
